1.Administración Pública.
Public administration.
It refers to cooperative activities aimed at achieving common goals. For an organization, this implies applying techniques for planning, organizing, integrating, directing and controlling human, financial and material resources. Administration as an applied technique is common to organizations in both the public and private spheres; however, it should not be forgotten that there are fundamental differences between these two areas.
2.Políticas Públicas:
Es la conjunción e integración de acciones, decisiones y objetivos, que involucran al gobierno y al estado, con la finalidad de resolver problemáticas de importancia social y ciudadana, a través de la unidad de análisis del sector público.
Según diversos autores:
Uvalle, dice que son “El campo de conocimiento en el cual los gobiernos revisan las capacidades de realización y también mejoran las deficiencias y resuelven los problemas que requieren intervención público” ( UNA APROXIMACIÓN AL CONCEPTO DE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS, s/f)
Salazar dice que son el conjunto de sucesivas respuestas, del estado frente a situaciones consideradas como problemas sociales” ( UNA APROXIMACIÓN AL CONCEPTO DE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS, s/f)
Public Policies:
It is the conjunction and integration of actions, decisions and objectives, which involve the government and the state, with the purpose of solving problems of social and civic importance, through the analysis unit of the public sector.
Definition of other authors:
Uvalle, says that they are "The field of knowledge in which governments review performance capacities and also improve deficiencies and solve problems that require public intervention" ( UNA APROXIMACIÓN AL CONCEPTO DE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS, s/f)
Salazar says that they are the set of successive responses of the state to situations considered as social problems. ( UNA APROXIMACIÓN AL CONCEPTO DE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS, s/f)

Social Program:
It is a set of projects with the same social objective, where they establish priorities since they identify and organize the projects and the allocation of resources available for their realization. These programs are tools used in public policies.
